Your Guarantee

We expect our quality to furniture to maintain its quality, but we understand products may become defective. We appreciate the inconvenience, so we offer furniture care guarantees. Here’s the breakdown of what you’ll receive;

Frame - 10 Years

Our frames are sturdy and resilient. If they fail structurally during their lifetime with the original owner, due to workmanship or material, we’ll either repair or replace the item. We always work with you to figure out the best solution and always consult you before work commences.

Fabric – 1 Year

If any fabrics become defective in the first 12 months due to a proven manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace the item. Our team will take your feedback and use it to ensure problems like this don’t happen in the future.

Cushion Interiors – 1 year

If your cushions are faulty because of a manufacturing issue, we’ll happily replace them. All of the interiors used in our products are certified and fully compliant with all UK regulatory requirements.

Aftercare

We offer an onsite repair service to all furniture, whatever the problem may be. We’re able to carry out repairs to all upholstery including re-springing, changing any broken frame parts, re-webbing, changing zips, foams and any sewing required.

On-site Repairs

We are proud to offer you our furniture care service. In the event of an accident, you don’t want the inconvenience of not having your furniture, so technicians conduct fabric repairs on-site, on the first visit. If there’s no other option available, they’ll be transferred to our workshop for repair. We have the utmost confidence in our technicians; all are expertly trained in upholstery repair and maintain incredibly high-standards of practice.
